Diet 4 Idiots
People who diet are hungry. They are not just hungry for food, but often they are hungry for any program that can promise them a better way to lose weight. So, when someone throws out a phrase like "Diet 4 Idiots", many dieters will think, "Oh, a simple diet that even I can do. I need that."
If the words in this title have caught your attention, then I would like to remind you of the truth of dieting: It's work.
Idiots?
First of all, lets look at the idea of Idiots. No one is an idiot - especially when it comes to dieting. Dieting is not simple. No matter how much intelligence you have, you still have to curb your cravings and change your old habits to improve yourself. Just the fact the you are thinking of dieting and maybe even trying it, shows you have more intelligence that many people who just ignore the fact that their bodies are growing like a balloon, but either refuse to acknowledge that fact, or don't value their health and life enough to change.
There is no diet for idiots. If you are looking for a diet, then you certainly are not an idiot.

It is a statement of how good life is that we have so much food that one of the biggest problems in some countries is how to cut back. That is what dieting is. It is admitting that too much is not good. We have developed many patterns in our lives that just ignore that fact. Food makes us comfortable. Food eases our stress. Food enhances our friendships and relationships.
